Customers & sites
Customer and site records are the foundation for scheduled work. Check these records when a job is attached to the wrong location, the wrong customer, or has missing service details.
Use this page when
- You need to confirm customer details before work is scheduled.
- A site address, contact, or service location looks wrong.
- You are checking whether migrated BLISS data has landed under the correct customer.
- You need to understand which site a recurring schedule belongs to.
