Open the Daily tasks guide to check timesheets, missing entries, duration review, and payroll readiness.
Red / pinkWork has not started.
BlueWork has started and is in progress.
GreenWork is finished and complete.
- At the start of the day, confirm the expected jobs are listed. Red or pink jobs have not started.
- During the day, use blue to see active visits.
- At the end of the day, look for green completed jobs and follow up on anything still red/pink or blue when it should be complete.
